Metro Vancouver to Whistler

Enjoy the views from one of the most scenic roads in the world as you head to Whistler. Stop in at Squamish to look at the towering Shannon Falls, or take the Sea to Sky Gondola to see sweeping views of the Howe Sound before continuing to Whistler. After you arrive, stroll Whistler Village or take a dip in a nearby lake.

Camping Location: Whistler

From stunning hiking trails, pristine golf courses, sparkling lakes and more, Whistler has it all. The only trouble you'll have today is narrowing down your top picks.

Camping Location: Whistler

Whistler to Lillooet

Take advantage of opportunities to adventure and explore on the way to Lillooet. As you go through Pemberton, stop off at Nairn Falls, One Mile Lake, or Duffey Lake for a quick walk. Grab a delicious lunch from One Mile Eating House or Mount Currie Coffee Company before you drive the scenic, winding road to Lillooet.

Camping Location: Lillooet

While you're in Lillooet, head out on a hike to see some spectacular views of the Fraser River and the surrounding cliffs and gorges, or spend the day at Seton Lake. After a full day of adventure, head to a local winery to enjoy a bottle of wine and relax in the vineyard.

Camping Location: Lillooet

Lillooet to Kelowna

There are a couple ways to get to Kelowna. You can either go through Stein Valley, Lytton and Merritt, or take a slightly longer route through Cache Creek, Kamloops and Vernon. Either way, you will get fantastic views and plenty of chances for excursions.

Camping Location: Kelowna

Hike or bike the 12km Myra Canyon Trestles trail in Kelowna that follows a portion of the Kettle Valley Railway. After soaking in the breathtaking views, head to the lake to cool down, or head to one of the many acclaimed wineries and vineyards in the region.

Camping Location: Kelowna

Kelowna to Manning Park

On your way out of Kelowna, stop at a U-pick farm or a roadside fruit stand before heading to E.C. Manning Provincial Park. After you arrive, head to Lightning Lake and swim, rent a canoe, or take a walk around the lake.

Camping Location: Manning Park

DAY 10

Manning Park

With plenty of places to hike, there are endless opportunities for adventure. For an easier hike, try Lightning Lake Loop or for those looking for something more challenging, hike part of Heather Trail or climb to the top of Windy Joe trail. While spending the day in Manning Park, keep an eye out for Columbian ground squirrels.

Camping Location: Manning Park

DAY 11

Manning Park to Chilliwack

Drive straight to Chilliwack and enjoy the afternoon at Cultus Lake or Chilliwack Lake before heading back to the RV for the night. If you want to take the scenic route on your drive, stop off at destinations on the way like Bridal Falls, and the Othello Tunnels in Hope.

Camping Location: Rosedale

DAY 12

Chilliwack and the surrounding areas have trails for hikers of every difficulty. For a short and easy hike, check out Teapot Hill. For a more demanding hike, try Elk Mountain or Greendrop Lake. After you finish, head to a lake to cool off or head into town.

Camping Location: Rosedale

DAY 13

Chilliwack to Vancouver Island

On your last day, grab a coffee and enjoy a morning walk along the Vedder River or the Blue Heron Nature Reserve before a short drive back to Metro Vancouver. Drop off the RV rental at Fraserway RV, then catch the return sailing to Vancouver Island.
