Activity policies

Important Booking Information: After purchasing tickets online, please contact Grouse Mountain by phone to confirm your preferred boarding time at the attraction. Skyride boarding times must be confirmed in advance due to capacity restrictions. You may be turned away if you have not reserved your timed entry prior to visiting Grouse Mountain. Please contact them at 604-980-9311 to confirm. Once you arrive at Grouse Mountain, you will need to exchange your voucher at Guest Services for your Mountain Admission ticket. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time.
