We are actively monitoring a rapidly intensifying storm expected to reach parts of British Columbia’s West Coast on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2026. Weather conditions may impact travel this afternoon through tomorrow morning on the following routes:

  • Tsawwassen – Swartz Bay
  • Tsawwassen – Southern Gulf Islands
  • Little River - Westview
  • Westview - Blubber Bay
  • Buckley Bay - Denman Island West
  • Gravelly Bay - Shingle Spit
  • Campbell River - Quathiaski Cove
  • Heriot Bay - Whaletown
  • Port McNeill - Alert Bay - Sointula
