Point of Sale System Outage

We are experiencing disruptions with the point of sale system at many of our terminals, on our vessels, and at our Customer Service Centre due to an issue with the server. Our IT teams are working to diagnose and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In the meantime, some services onboard and at the terminals may be unavailable, and payment is limited to cash only until further notice.
Customers may still book and manage reservations through the BC Ferries website and the BC Ferries mobile app.
