Call Centre Service Disruption

BC Ferries Customer Service Centre is experiencing a service disruption this afternoon. Our call centre is unable to receive calls until further notice. 
 
Our IT teams are working to resolve the outage. In the meantime, customers are able to self-serve through the BC Ferries website as well as the BC Ferries mobile app. We thank you for your patience while we troubleshoot the issue.
