A rotating menu of breakfast classics including scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausages, omelettes, Belgian waffles, dim sum and much more. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, the Pacific Buffet also offers an extensive breakfast bar with hot oatmeal, coconut chia seed pudding, assorted dried fruits, yogurt, granola, cold cereals, a cheese platter and assorted baked goods including croissants, Danishes and a variety of fruit loaves.

With a rotating selection of internationally-inspired entrees there is something that suits everyone’s palette for our lunch offering. Featured entrées include; grilled chicken with shiitake Dijon sauce, Bombay pork curry, mushroom ravioli with gorgonzola and fig sauce, and tomato and cumin prawns. When paired with our full salad-bar and irresistible dessert bar, it’s a satisfyingly unique lunch experience.

In between meals, visit the Pacific Buffet to discover our ‘Light’ Menu. Featuring a full salad bar with an assortment of leafy greens, the light buffet also includes, potato salad, quinoa salad, spelt and kamut salad, two-bean whole wheat pasta salad and more. Salad toppings include shrimp, assorted cheeses, bacon and a variety of salad dressings. After, you can enjoy a full dessert bar with an assortment of seasonal cakes, pies, pastries and fresh fruit salad.

Take in the stunning sunset view while enjoying the unmatched dining experience of our dinner buffet. Featured items included baron of beef with gravy or demi glaze, filet of salmon with lemon caper butter sauce, with a rotating assortment of entrées including vegetable pakoras with mango chutney, Caprese ravioli with Marinara sauce, Indian butter chicken and mussels Provençal. Our dinner buffet also includes a full salad bar and an irresistible dessert bar.
