BC Ferries offers Saver fares for select Sunshine Coast sailings
Sail from $39 return on some sailings from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale
VICTORIA – BC Ferries is offering deep discounts on select sailings departing from Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay) to the Sunshine Coast (Langdale) from Sept. 4 through Oct. 31. For a limited time, customers can sail for $39, including round trip fare and reservation for one standard underheight vehicle and driver departing Horseshoe Bay. Plus, when booking a pre-paid Saver fare, additional passengers can be added at the time of booking for $10 per adult, and $5 per child.
Look for Saver fares at less busy times, specifically late evening sailings after 9:00 pm. Saver fares must be booked and paid for in full in advance, and will not be available for purchase at the terminal. Saver fares are ideal for customers who have the flexibility to travel during less busy sailing times, can book in advance and want travel certainty. Saver fare availability is limited and these fares are expected to sell out.
Saver fares are designed to encourage customers to take advantage of less busy sailings, freeing up space at more popular sailing times. Not only does this promotion offer customers with flexibility in their travel plans an opportunity to save, it will also help to spread vehicle traffic throughout the day, reducing sailing waits for all customers.
Round trip fares on the Horseshoe Bay – Langdale route are paid when departing Horseshoe Bay or when booked in advance. While fares are not collected at the Langdale terminal; customers can still book a reservation from Langdale to ensure the sailing of choice.
