Service notice - Elevator Out Of Service - Northern Adventure

The elevator on the Northern Adventure, providing service on our Prince Rupert - Skidegate (Haida Gwaii) and Prince Rupert - Klemtu - McLoughlin Bay (Bella Bella) - Bear Cove (Port Hardy) routes is currently out of service.

The accessible chair lift from the vehicle deck to first passenger deck remains available. Access to main passenger areas is limited to the stairs only.

Customers unable to use the stairs to access passenger areas are welcome to contact us to make arrangements to travel at an alternate time.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result. Our team is working to fix the issue and will provide updates as soon as they become available.
