Service notice - Sailing Delay

The 5:45 pm sailing on our Tsawwassen (Vancouver) - Duke Point (Nanaimo) route departed 1 hour and 39 minutes behind schedule from Duke Point due to an earlier mechanical issue with the steering transfer control, which has since been repaired. 

We expect the 8:15 pm departing Duke Point and the 10:45 pm departing Tsawwassen sailings to also be delayed. Please check Current Conditions if you are looking to travel with us today.

This service notice will be updated throughout the day with the most up-to-date sailing information.

If you have a reservation on an upcoming sailing today, please arrive during the check-in window noted in your booking confirmation email to maintain your reserved status. This ensures we can stage your vehicle at the terminal ahead of standby customers and those reserved on later sailings.

We know you have important places to be and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of this mechanical issue.
