Service notice - Elevator and Stair Lift Out of Service

The elevator and stair lift on the vessel providing service on our Prince Rupert - Skidegate (Haida Gwaii) route are currently out of service, and access to passenger areas and washrooms is limited to the stairs only. 

Customers unable to use the stairs to access passenger areas will be given the option to travel at a later time.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result. Our team is working to fix the issue and will provide updates as soon as they become available.
