Low Tidal Conditions
Quathiaski Cove (Quadra Island) – Campbell River (Vancouver Island)
November - December, 2023
Due to tidal conditions between Quathiaski Cove (Quadra Island) and Campbell River (Vancouver Island), some buses, RV's, low bed vehicles and other vehicles with very low ground clearance, or extended overhangs on the rear axle, may be unable to travel on the 8:55 pm or later sailings on select days throughout November and December.
To ensure the safe loading of the Island Nagalis and Island K'ulut'a, we recommend customers with these designated vehicle types travel on earlier scheduled sailings to help mitigate the risk of potential loading issues.
