Updated: 5:25 pm
One of our customers experienced a medical emergency that required immediate medical attention on an earlier sailing. As a result, the 4:00 pm vessel sailing on our Departure Bay (Nanaimo) to Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) route is currently operating 56 minutes behind schedule.
We expect the 6:20 pm departing Horseshoe Bay, the 8:30 pm departing Departure Bay, and the 10:40 pm departing Horseshoe Bay sailings to also be delayed. Please check Current Conditions if you are looking to travel with us today.
If you have a reservation on an upcoming sailing today, please arrive during the check-in window noted in your booking confirmation email to maintain your reserved status. This ensures we can stage your vehicle at the terminal ahead of standby customers and those reserved on later sailings.
Your patience is appreciated and we apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of this delay. We wish our fellow passenger a speedy recovery.
