Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver)
Essential Infrastructure Program

Several projects related to the Horseshoe Bay Infrastructure Program are now underway. While no sailing cancellations associated with this work are planned, vehicle and foot passengers may notice changes to traffic and loading patterns. Please follow the direction of terminal personnel.

Long-term Parking Reduced

Parking availability in the surface lot adjacent to the Horseshoe Bay terminal building has been reduced due to construction.

Additional parking is available at:

•    BC Ferries parkade south of the terminal (entrance on the left after entering the village)
•    Lion’s Mark parking lot, located across the street

If you are picking up passengers, please note the drop-off/pick-up area has a maximum wait time of three minutes.

Terminal Construction – November 2025 to May 2026

In this phase of the Horseshoe Bay Infrastructure Program, the following is planned:

•    Installing a temporary control tower
•    Removing a pedestrian footbridge
•    Removing the existing control tower
•    Decommissioning the elevated deck structure

We will provide updates through Service Notices should there be any impact to operations.
