The BC Ferries Connector Nanaimo service operates from June 5 to August 31, 2026, running Friday through Monday.

The Downtown Nanaimo pick-up is located at Port Place Shopping Centre Transit Exchange Bay H. Check in 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Location: Port Place Shopping Centre, Nanaimo, Transit Exchange Bay H.
Please present the printed voucher to the driver when boarding the bus as proof of payment.
1 x baggage (25kg/50lbs or less) per person is included. For additional baggage please email BC Ferries Connector at reservations@bcfconnector.com or call 1-888-788-8840.
Please note all passengers are booked under one name and must check-in together. The lead traveller must present photo ID and confirm all group members at check‑in.

Same-day bookings are not available through BC Ferries. Tickets must be booked a minimum 24 hours in advance.
