Location: Victoria Bus Terminus, 721 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC.

Please present the printed voucher to the driver when boarding the bus as proof of payment.

1 x baggage (25kg/50lbs or less) per person is included. For additional baggage please email BC Ferries Connector at reservations@bcfconnector.com or call 1-888-788-8840.

Check-in at the Victoria Bus Terminus at 721 Douglas Street (located behind the Fairmont Empress) at minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Please note all passengers are booked under one name and must check-in together. The lead traveler must present photo ID and confirm all group members at check‑in.

Same-day bookings are not available through BC Ferries. Tickets must be booked a minimum 24 hours in advance.
