Operated by The Wilson’s Group, the BC Ferries Connector offers a convenient and seamless coach bus service between Vancouver International Airport and Nanaimo.

The BC Ferries Connector Nanaimo service operates from June 5 to August 31, 2026, running Friday through Monday.

Activity policies

Check in 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. The Vancouver Depot is located at Pacific Central Station, 1150 Station Street. 

Location: Pacific Central Station, 1150 Station Street, Vancouver, BC.

Please present the printed voucher to the driver when boarding the bus as proof of payment. 

Overnight parking is not permitted at Woodgrove Centre. Vehicles left overnight may be subject to ticketing or towing. 

1 x baggage (25kg/50lbs or less) per person is included. For additional baggage please email BC Ferries Connector at reservations@bcfconnector.com or call 1-888-788-8840.

Please note all passengers are booked under one name and must check-in together. The lead traveller must present photo ID and confirm all group members at check‑in.

Same-day bookings are not available through BC Ferries. Tickets must be booked a minimum 24 hours in advance.
