Please be advised that Queen of New Westminster will be repositioned to assist with service recovery for the Spirit of Vancouver Island which is currently experiencing a mechanical difficulty with the starboard gearbox. As a result, the following sailings will be cancelled:

Tsawwassen (Vancouver) – Swartz Bay (Victoria)
Cancelled October 1-7, 2021:

12:00 pm departing Tsawwassen
2:00 pm departing Swartz Bay
4:00 pm departing Tsawwassen
6:00 pm departing Swartz Bay

All other sailings will depart as scheduled. Customers with bookings on affected sailings will be notified. Every effort will be made to accommodate bookings on the next available sailing. If we are unable to accommodate, bookings will be cancelled and reservation fees refunded. Travel will revert to standby basis.

Tsawwassen (Vancouver) – Duke Point (Nanaimo)
Cancelled cargo sailings:

9:15 pm departing Tsawwassen September 30, October 1, 4-7
12:15 am departing Duke Point October 1, 5-8

All other sailings will depart as scheduled. Customers with bookings on affected sailings will be notified. Bookings will be cancelled and reservation fees will be refunded. Travel will revert to standby basis.
