Added Sailings - Tuesday, September 1:
7:15 pm leaving Departure Bay to Tsawwassen
10:00 pm leaving Tsawwassen to Departure Bay
Please contact our Customer Service Centre at 1-888-223-3779 to have an agent assist you with booking on one of these sailings.
Alternate service is available via the Tsawwassen (Vancouver) - Duke Point (Nanaimo) and Tsawwassen (Vancouver) - Swartz Bay (Victoria) routes. Click here to view the schedules.
Our engineering team is currently working to repair the vessel. Additional updates will be provided as information becomes available. Should more time be required to complete this repair, other sailings are at risk of cancellation.
Sailings at Risk of Cancellation - Wednesday, September 2:
6:15 am leaving Departure Bay
8:35 am leaving Horseshoe Bay
If you have a booking on one of these cancelled sailings, you will hear from our Customer Service Centre who will let you know if we can fit you on an alternate sailing, or if your booking must be cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, we will refund your fees and/or fares.
Due to the ongoing Horseshoe Bay Essential Infrastructure Program, all vehicle travel from Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay must be booked and paid in advance. To give customers more flexibility, the cut-off to book sailings departing our Horseshoe Bay terminal has been changed from one hour to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. These changes apply for travel out of Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay only. More information on the project is available here.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of these cancellations.
Reserved customers and those checked-in at the terminal who are impacted by these cancelled sailings can find information about our compensation policy here. Receipts must be provided for compensation consideration.
