Berth Upgrades
Campbell River Terminal
September 28 - October 30, 2026


Necessary berth upgrade work will begin at Campbell River terminal on September 28 as part of our ongoing commitment to providing safe and reliable service to Quadra and Cortes Islands.

Phase one is expected to be completed by October 30, with phase two starting early-to-mid 2027.

All phase one work will take place overnight:

  • Sunday through Thursday 11:00 pm - 5:00 am
  • Friday and Saturdays 11:30 pm to 5:00 am

 

Minimal noise is expected from welding and grinding activities, which will take place on the underside of the apron. Task lighting will also be required. A noise bylaw exemption permit has been approved by the City of Campbell River allow this work to take place overnight. 

There are no anticipated impacts to scheduled service. Updates will be shared through Service Notices should operations be affected.
