Service notice - Revised Schedule - August 29-30

Our 10:30 am sailing from Prince Rupert to Skidegate (Haida Gwaii) departed 6 hours 48 minutes behind schedule due to a mechanical difficulty with the volt rectifier system, and waiting for approval from a classification society and Transport Canada to sail.

As a result of the delay, we will be operating on the following revised schedule.

Revised Schedule for August 29-30:

Prince Rupert at 10:30 am (August 30)

Skidegate at 5:30 pm (August 30)

The vessel is expected to be back on schedule for the 10:00 am sailing from Skidegate on Monday, August 31.

 

If you have a booking on one of these affected sailings, our Customer Service Centre is in the process of contacting you to provide the modified departure time. Reminder - you are required to check-in 90 to 120 minutes prior to the departure time on the revised schedule.
