Service notice - Sailing Delay

Our 2:25 pm sailing from Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) - Langdale (Sunshine Coast) departed 36 minutes behind schedule due to an earlier stalled vehicle on board the vessel.

We expect the 4:45 pm departing Horseshoe Bay, the 5:55 pm departing Langdale, and the 7:05 pm departing Horseshoe Bay sailings to also be delayed. Please check Current Conditions if you are looking to travel with us today.

If you have a reservation on an upcoming sailing today, please arrive during the check-in window noted in your booking confirmation email to maintain your reserved status. This ensures we can stage your vehicle at the terminal ahead of standby customers and those reserved on later sailings.

For those customers travelling on to Powell River, when onboard your sailing from Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) to Langdale (Sunshine Coast) you can speak with the Chief Steward to ask for confirmation on whether the sailing is being held for transfer traffic.  Please check our Sunshine Coast Service Notices for updates.
