Service notice - Sailing Delay

Our 9:55 am sailing from Tsawwassen (Vancouver) - Sturdies Bay (Galiano Island) - Village Bay (Mayne Island) departed 72 minutes behind schedule due to berth congestion at Tsawwassen terminal. 

The 11:00 am departing Sturdies Bay, the 11:35 am departing Village Bay, and the 12:10 pm sailing departing Otter Bay to Long Harbour will also be delayed.

We expect to make up some time over the course of the day.

If you have a reservation on an upcoming sailing today, please arrive during the check-in window noted in your booking confirmation email to maintain your reserved status. This ensures we can stage your vehicle at the terminal ahead of standby customers and those reserved on later sailings.

We know you have important places to be and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of this sailing delay. Our crew is doing everything they can to get us back on schedule.
