Service notice - Revised Schedule - April 1 to 8, 2026

Due to a mechanical difficulty with the starboard generator on one of the vessels on our Swartz Bay (Victoria) – Tsawwassen (Vancouver) route, some sailings have been cancelled, and a revised schedule is in place through April 8.

Revised Schedule April 1 – 8:

If you have a booking on one of these cancelled sailings you will hear from our Customer Service Centre who will let you know if we can fit you on an alternate sailing later today, or if your booking must be cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, we will refund your fees and/or fares.

Reserved customers and those checked-in at the terminal who are impacted by this cancelled sailing can find information about our compensation policy here. Receipts must be provided for compensation consideration.

We continue to investigate the vessel’s starboard generator issue and will keep you informed as more information becomes available. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of these schedule adjustments.
