Service notice - Sailing Cancellations + Supplemental Sailings

Due to a mechanical difficulty with the starboard generator on one of the vessels on our Swartz Bay (Victoria) – Tsawwassen (Vancouver) route, some sailings have been cancelled for today, March 22, and a revised schedule is in place through March 30.

Cancelled Sailings for March 22:
7:00 departing Swartz Bay
11:00 am departing Swartz Bay
1:00 pm departing Tsawwassen
3:00 pm departing Swartz Bay
5:00 pm departing Tsawwassen
7:00 pm departing Swartz Bay
9:00 pm departing Tsawwassen 

Supplemental Sailings for March 22:
10:00 am departing Swartz Bay
10:00 am departing Tsawwassen

Revised Schedule March 23-30:

If you have a booking on one of our cancelled sailings, you will hear from our Customer Service Centre who will let you know if we can fit you on an alternate sailing, or if your booking must be cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, we will refund your fees and/or fares. Reserved customers impacted by cancelled sailings can find information about our compensation policy here. Receipts must be provided for compensation consideration.

Alternate service is available via the Tsawwassen (Vancouver) – Duke Point (Nanaimo) and Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) – Departure Bay (Nanaimo) routes. Please note that Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay is a fully bookable route; a reservation is required in order to travel. Click here to view the schedules.
