This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to provide life extension of the existing trestle and berth. Proponents shall e-mail their proposal to the attention of the Contact listed in RFP, on or before the Closing Date and Time stated. Any pricing tables required in response to this RFP are to be submitted, in the electronic copy, in PDF format. Responses must be in the English language.
Email submissions must meet the following requirements:
- Submissions must be made in Adobe PDF format. If attachment worksheets were provided in Excel format, the attachment worksheets should be submitted in Excel format;
- Each file should be less than 10 MB. Failure by any Proponent to comply with this restriction may result in information not being received by BC Ferries and may result in a non-compliant Proposal by the Proponent;
- Please do not include hyperlinks or website addresses in the Proposal to information that forms a part of the Proposal. BC Ferries reserves the right not to review any information provided by this means, and may result in a non-compliant Proposal by the Proponent.
