Here's what you need to know to ensure a smooth trip:

• Purchase CirclePac tickets at the following terminals: Tsawwassen, Horseshoe Bay, Langdale, Saltery Bay, Powell River, Comox, Swartz Bay, Departure Bay and Duke Point.
  
  
• Your CirclePac tickets and receipt must be retained for presentation at each terminal.
  
  
• CirclePac tickets must be purchased before your trip begins
  and are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  Discounts are not retroactive and CirclePac tickets are
  non-refundable.
  
  
• Arrive at the terminals early (e.g. more than 30 minutes),
  especially on Friday and Sunday afternoons when routes
  are at their busiest, or make reservations on routes that
  offer the reservation service. CirclePac tickets do not
  provide reserved travel or assured loading.
