Tsawwassen Parking Information

STALL NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO PAY FOR PARKING IN LONG-TERM PARKING AREA. 
After parking your vehicle, make note of your stall number so you'll have it handy when you purchase parking through the onsite machines or by telephone.  

In the Long Term lot, you can take your ticket with you so you'll have all the information you need (including stall number) to extend your parking. For parking extensions, call 1-866-277-5446.

Payment is required for short-term parking.  Please ensure you place your ticket on the dash in the Short Term lot only.

NEED HELP? An on-site Parking Host is available from 7 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week.  To make contact, use the "Help Intercom" located at every meter kiosk or call 1-604-830-7088.

Terminal parking is independently operated and managed by Imperial Parking of Vancouver.

Swartz Bay Parking Information

Departure Bay Parking Information

Langdale Parking Information

STALL NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO PAY FOR PARKING IN THE LONG-TERM PARKING AREA.
After parking your vehicle, note your stall number to purchase parking from the onsite machines.  

If customers need to extend their parking, call 604-886-2242 and select Lost and Found/Pay Parking to make the necessary arrangements. Customers will need to provide the stall number on the parking receipt and the new time expected to return.

Please note that monthly & annual parking may be purchased from the Langdale administration office. A parking decal is issued to be displayed in the customer’s vehicle. 

Horseshoe Bay Parking Information

Multiple day parking is available on both the surface parking area and in the parkade. Note that the surface area is pre-paid parking. For extended trips please use the parkade facility and pay for parking upon returning from your trip. A parking attendant is on–site Sundays and Holiday Mondays from 3pm to 1am. Parking security is also available for assistance from 5am to 11pm daily at (778) 838-9272.

In the Long Term lot, you can take your ticket with you so you'll have it ready for payment at the parkade Pay on Foot terminals.  For parking extensions, call 1-866-277-5446.

Comox Parking Information

All customer parking at the Little River (Comox) terminal is administered by Robbins Parking. Passengers are reminded that this includes the overflow paved parking lot adjacent to the Little River terminal.

Port Hardy Parking Information

Limited pay parking is available.  

Call 1-888-223-3779 within North America and 250-386-3431 outside of North America for more information.

During our Peak Summer Season - mid May through September - Recreational Vehicles such as motorhomes, campers and trailers may remain in our terminal on the evening prior to sailing day, as long as they arrive before midnight.   The cost for this service is $22 per vehicle including taxes.

North Island Transportation provides a transfer service between Bear Cove Terminal and greater Port Hardy, and between Bear Cove Terminal and Port Hardy Airport or Bus Terminal. Hotel or Campground pick-up is also available. Call (250) 949-6300.

Prince Rupert Parking Information

Limited pay parking is available.   Call 1-888-223-3779 within North America and 250-386-3431 outside of North America for more information.

From October to May, passengers may park their vehicles at the terminal if travelling as foot passengers. Parking fees are:

• $150.00 per month
• $50.00 per week
• $8.00 per day
