Hotel policies

Check-in at the Cottages on Salt Spring is self-check-in. Guests will be provided a code and cottage number via email on the day of arrival. Please note that check-in is available 5pm onwards. Should you have any questions upon arrival, please contact the Cottages on Salt Spring duty manager at 250-221-1940. 

Check in: 5:00 pm. 

Check out: 10:00 am

Children: Children 16 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. Cribs available on request, based on availability.

Pets: $10 pet fee applies per night, plus taxes (to a maximum of $50 per stay).

Parking: Self parking is complimentary for BC Ferries Vacations guests (1 vehicle per booking)

Reservation Fee: A $20 non-refundable reservation fee is included in package cost

Special Requirements: Please contact us if you need an accessible or pet-friendly room (based on availability)
