Hotel policies

Check-in at the Painted Boat Resort is only available until 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please contact the resort directly at 604-883-2456 prior to arrival for check-in instruction.

Restaurant Closure: The Lagoon Restaurant will be closed January 1 to early March due to seasonality. The restaurant will be closed on Monday nights starting September 3, 2024.

Check out: 11:00 am

Seasonal Amenities: Please note the infinity pool is open seasonally from mid-March to mid-October. The on-site restaurant is closed January & February. 

Dining and Spa: Advanced dining and spa reservations is strongly recommended. Restaurant hours subject to change and operates seasonally. 

Children: Children 17 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. Cribs available on request, based on availability.

Pets: $35 pet fee applies per pet, per night, plus taxes, maximum two pets per room. Guest must call BC Ferries to confirm availability of pet room.

Parking: Parking is complimentary
