DAY 1

Prince Rupert to Tlell via Skidegate

Take a seven-hour sailing across the Hecate Strait to Skidegate. During the sailing, soak up the spectacular scenery and keep an eye out for orcas, bald eagles, otters, seals, and other wildlife.

DAY 2

Tlell

After a delicious breakfast, start your first full day in Haida Gwaii with a trip to the award-winning Haida Heritage Centre at Ḵay 'Llnagaay, where you can learn about the Haida language, art and culture from those who know it best. Afterwards, visit Daajing Giids for lunch before checking out Balance Rock on our way back to your accommodation.

DAY 3

Tlell

Take a day trip to Masset to hike, birdwatch or visit galleries of world-renowned Haida artists. Stop by Old Massett to see Or, explore the Haida Heritage Centre, or go on an excursion to Balance Rock. The day is yours to spend as you wish.

DAY 4

Tlell

Spend your last full day in Haida Gwaii enjoying a hearty breakfast at the lodge before hiking through a lush old-growth forest to the Pesuta Shipwreck. Afterwards, head into Tlell to shop for local crafts at Artisan Row, and re-fuel with a coffee stop. Spend the rest of the day exploring the surrounding area.

Tlell to Prince Rupert via Skidegate

Indulge in a hearty breakfast, made from fresh, local ingredients before sailing back to Prince Rupert.
