Reservation Payment Policy

North Coast Routes

Payment is required at the time of booking for all North Coast reservations. This policy is in effect for all new reservations or for changes to existing reservations. Deferred payment arrangements are no longer available.

This policy is in place to improve availability to all customers.

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Customers wishing to pay by cash or Interac can make their reservation by going to their nearest terminal.

Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the date of sailing will be charged a cancellation fee and the remaining balance returned to the customer, either through their credit card or by refund cheque in the case of a cash payment.*

Note: The current payment and reservation policies for commercial operators, travel agencies and tour operators will remain in effect until further notice.

Reservations are available online or by calling toll free 1-888-223-3779 weekdays between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm and weekends between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

* Cancellation fees are currently $60 per reservation on the Inside Passage and Mid-Coast routes and $30 per reservation to the Haida Gwaii/Queen Charlotte Islands.
