Service notice - Elevator Back in Service

The elevator on board the vessel providing service on our Bear Cove (Port Hardy) - Prince Rupert and Prince Rupert - Skidegate (Haida Gwaii) routes is now back in service and available for customer access between the vehicle deck and passenger areas on Deck 6.

The stair lift remains out of service and access to Deck 7 is currently available by stairs only. We continue working to restore full accessibility as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the prolonged elevator outage and are taking steps to help prevent further disruptions.
