Berth 1 Fender Panel Replacement Project
and Lands End Cafe Upgrade
Swartz Bay (Victoria) Terminal
March 10 – mid-May, 2025
As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the safe operation of our terminal facilities, we will be carrying out maintenance work to replace nine fender panels at Berth 1 of our Swartz Bay terminal. This work will result in the closure of one berth over two periods between mid-March and mid-May.
Phase 1 closure: March 10 to April 11, 2025
Phase 2 closure: May 1 to May 13, 2025
The project is scheduled to take place Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and a minor portion of the work may need to take place overnight during low tides outside regular working hours. Noise levels around the terminal may be more noticeable than normal, and our teams will work to minimize the impact for both our customers and neighbours.
Additionally, we began construction activity at Swartz Bay terminal to upgrade the Lands End Terminal Building. This work is essential to enhance the overall customer experience for those travelling through the terminal.
