Itinerary
 
Day1.  Calgary to Port Hardy

Leave Calgary aboard WestJet's non-stop service to Comox located on the Eastern Shore of Vancouver Island. Pick up a rental vehicle at the Comox airport and start your journey to Port Hardy (282 km., 176 mi.) located at the north end of Vancouver Island and the terminus for BC Ferries Inside Passage service. You may wish to overnight on your way north in order to spend more time exploring the area. Please refer to our Tri Island Itinerary for more details on what to see and do. Drop your vehicle at the Port Hardy airport, from where your rental operator will shuttle you to your hotel.

Day2.  Port Hardy to Prince Rupert
This morning board the BC Ferry Northern Adventure for a daylight cruise up the spectacular Inside Passage to Prince Rupert. A world-class travel experience, you'll travel through calm inlets, evergreen-covered islands and majestic coastal mountains on this remarkable voyage. On board, enjoy our  cafeteria, and passenger lounges during your voyage.
Overnight: Prince Rupert
Day3.  Prince Rupert to Prince George

Step aboard VIA Rail's Skeena service for your journey today to Prince George. On the way, you'll pass through the lovely Bulkley Valley which is surrounded by towering mountains. Keep your eyes open for sightings of Elk, Moose, Bear and other wild animals.
Overnight: Prince George

Day4.  Return to Calgary

This morning perhaps take a tour of the Railway and Forest Industry Museum or stroll through some of the city's 116 parks before boarding your afternoon flight back to Calgary.
