The Queen of Nanaimo will be out of service on the Tsawwassen - Southern Gulf Islands route from Saturday, May 3 until Friday, June 6, 2008 for scheduled maintenance.

During this period, the Queen of Tsawwassen will be the replacement vessel. Because this is a smaller vessel than the Queen of Nanaimo, some overloads may occur at peak sailing times. Reservations are recommended.

The published schedule remains in effect, except over the May long weekend from May 15 to May 20, 2008 when additional sailings will be available. For complete schedule details, visit www.bcferries.com or call 1-888-BCFERRY (223-3779) between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm daily.

Alternate throughfare service to the Southern Gulf Islands is also available on the Tsawwassen – Swartz Bay route.
