Future updates to your information will be performed within your customer profile page. If you used Reserved Boarding on the Internet in the past to make reservations, you should use the same email address for your new myBCFerries account as you used for RBI. |

When you make a reservation through the BC Ferries online Travel Centre, your profile information will populate your reservation for you. If you change any of your contact information during the travel reservation, BC Ferries will update your profile to match your new address details. This ensures your contact information is kept current. |

Subscriptions You now have the ability to manage your BC Ferries account information. At any time you can enable or disable the service notices, news releases and special offers you receive. If you forget your password we can only email you a new one if you remember the answer to this question. |
