Step-by Step instructions for parking at BC Ferries' Swartz Bay, Tsawwassen, Horseshoe Bay, Departure Bay and Duke Point Terminals.

Park - Remember your parking space number and take your luggage with you.

If parked in the Short Term Lot, please place your ticket on the dash of your vehicle. In case you need to extend your time, take a Park-It brochure and mark your stall number in the space provided. 

If parked in the Long Term or Economy Lot, please keep your receipt with you in case you need to extend your time.  You are not required to display the receipt on your vehicle's dash. 

Option 1 - at the Ticket Dispenser:

  Enter your parking space number.
  Select the amount of parking time you require.
  Make your payment by credit card or cash.
  If you are parked in the Short Term Lot, collect your ticket and place on the dash of your vehicle.  If you are parked in the Long Term or Economy Lot, collect your ticket and proceed to the terminal.

Option 2 - by Phone:

Call toll-free 1-866-277-5446.
Follow the automated prompts or access the operator.
Make your payment by credit card or cash.
Proceed to the terminal.
