Amar Johal, Director, Sales & Community Relations, is responsible for the development of BC Ferries' consultation policy, as well as procedures that ensure public consultation activities are integrated into BC Ferries' decision making process. Amar is also responsible for training and development programs for staff involved in consultation and for ensuring that best practices are followed. Captain George Capacci, Vice-President, Fleet Operations, is responsible for consultation with Ferry Advisory Committees.
